🐦 A Quick Note on the Deck & Our Feathered Neighbors

At Wander Encinitas, we’re proud to offer stunning outdoor spaces perfect for soaking in the sun, ocean breeze, and coastal views. That said, the deck also happens to sit along a high-traffic flight path for birds.

It’s not uncommon for large flocks to pass overhead throughout the day, especially in the mornings and late afternoons. While we ensure the deck and furniture are cleaned prior to each guest’s arrival, occasional bird droppings may appear during your stay. Unfortunately, this is one of those natural quirks of being close to the coast and surrounded by wildlife.

Perched on a 150 ft cliff, the views at the side patio around the back of the home are dangerous for kids. You may appreciate the one-of-a-kind views from the fenced deck or roof cabana.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

The pool at this location is serviced every week on Tuesday, between 1 PM - 4 PM. The pond is serviced every Thursday or Friday morning. They will not intrude on your stay or other areas of the home.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule (10 pax) and can only fit 4 vehicles max. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.

Please note: This property has a 3-night minimum stay requirement, as per city regulations.

The driveway to the home has an incline. Guests driving vehicles with low clearance are encouraged to proceed with care to ensure a smooth drive up to the property.

Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. Amplified outdoor sound is not allowed at all times.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The pool is open year-round and can be heated for a flat rate of $500. Please contact Concierge to arrange this at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
