Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors.

This home contains features that may be difficult for wheelchair-bound guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Parties & Events

Hosting parties and events is strictly prohibited in this Wander.

Kitchen Restrictions

Cooking food with strong smells, such as curry or fish, is prohibited in this property.

Food & Drinks

Please do not bring food and drinks other than water to bedrooms or the hot tub to maintain cleanliness within the home.

Electricity

To conserve energy, please make sure to turn off the lights, heating, and AC when not in use, or when leaving the property.

Damaged Items

If anything is broken during your stay, please notify Concierge immediately. You will be asked to bear the cost of significant damage.

Lost Items

If you left behind an item during your stay, please notify Concierge within 7 days, and efforts will be made to locate it. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Safety

For your safety, please ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Do not share access codes or keys with anyone not part of the Wander booking.
