With net zero energy consumption, it is also the first passive home on the Oregon coast and uses advanced technologies to reduce its environmental impact!

It comes equipped with all your vacation mandatories: hot tub, gym, sauna and fire pits. You are only a stone’s throw away from the world-renowned golf courses in Bandon. If golfing isn’t your thing, there is still plenty more to do - from horseback rides on the beach to hiking at Bandon State Natural Area and more.

-Bedrooms-
The property has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and one outfitted with two queens. All mattresses use the latest in sleep technology with extremely soft bedding sets so you can get a better night’s sleep than you do at home. In the living room, there is a pullout couch to sleep an additional person. There is also a baby crib available, which can be set up upon request.
-Kitchen-
The kitchen is fully outfitted for all of your cooking needs – with a Nespresso coffee maker, cooking basics (oil, spice rack), top-grade cookware, appliances like a toaster and a blender, and dishwasher. The dining table can fit up to 6.
-Workstations-
The home has super fast WiFi (300+ mbps) and two amazing state-of-the-art workstations, each with a 38” monitor, 4K camera, high-quality microphone and ergonomic Herman Miller Aeron chair. Or, bring your laptop to work from our outside desk with a front-row seat to the beautiful Bandon beach.
-Fitness Center-
The private gym is fully available for use and located in the garage with a Peloton, treadmill, Hydrow, and sauna – so you can keep up your routine while you’re away! The outdoor deck area is also a gorgeous spot for some sunset yoga, and the beach is generally quiet for a run.
-Living Space-
The living room has Sonos speakers and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or movies while simultaneously taking in ocean views.
-Bathrooms-
The home has two spacious bathrooms with step-free, doorless showers for accessibility. We provide luxury bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion), premium towels and robes, and even a Dyson hair dryer so you don’t have to pack your own!
-Outdoor Space-
Enjoy an oceanfront deck with seating, fire pits, and grill. There is also a hot tub, which is an amazing spot to watch the sunset! The beach is right at your front door, down a small, private path.

We are available for our guests 24/7 via our Concierge leading up to and throughout your stay. We’d be happy to answer your questions, provide recommendations, arrange grocery deliveries, mid-stay cleans, and more.
This home is situated directly on the beach with the gorgeous Pacific Ocean at your front door. Fly into Southwest Oregon Regional Airport (OTH) for the best travel experience. We can help make transportation arrangements to and from OTH and EUG for an additional fee. To get around, a car is best and the home has parking for 3 vehicles. Our Concierge can recommend local taxi providers if you’d prefer.
We want you to feel at home and have a restful, stress-free stay. There is no to-do list when you check-out. Just take your things and go!
There are no stairs in this home, aside from stairs to the hot tub. Beach access is via a slight incline. The bathroom in the primary bedroom is accessible with a step-free, doorless shower.
This home welcomes children, but it has direct beach/ocean access so children cannot be left unattended. If you have a special request for your child (crib, high-chair, car seat, kid-friendly flatware) let us know.
There is state-of-the-art technology throughout the home, which you will need to control. If you do not enjoy using technology, it may not be the right experience. We are constantly making improvements to the tech, but you do not have to stress about getting locked out or being unable to turn on the lights should it malfunction, as there is an easy, manual work around for all.
No smoking or vaping inside. Open flames including candles are also prohibited. Exceptions are birthday candles or fire in a designated fire pit or fireplace.
