Cooks Beach
A beautiful sandy beach in a rock-walled cove just north of Gualala. Free parking, dogs are allowed on a leash.
Gualala Point Regional Park
Take a hike along Bluff trail and check out gorgeous views. The park features accessible areas and beaches so you can go biking, birding, fishing, hiking, and paddling. Dogs are allowed on a leash.
Sea Ranch Golf Links
An 18-hole golf course takes you across various terrains by the seaside. Only opens seasonally. Updated schedule, reservations, and pricing are available online.
Adventure Rents
A tour operator offering canoe, kayak, and paddleboard rentals and tours. Kayaking season normally starts in April. Best to call ahead to confirm.
B. Bryan Preserve
A private preserve for endangered species offering three types of tours: self-guided car tour, private VIP tour, or a guided tour. Ideal for kids and families.
Ross Ranch Tours
Ride a horse along California’s Manchester Beach or the redwood forest in Elk, California. Guided tours start at $70 per person for an hour and a half ride.

A state park with over 20 miles of hiking trails. Pack some lunch and check out magical tidal pools and incredible views of the rugged coastline.
